About the program
Ailey Dance for Active Aging is a joyful 60-minute dance workshop for older adults. This program is designed to keep you moving through choreography that includes gentle stretching, mobility exercises, and creative expression.
Participants are invited to share life stories and express them through movement, building creativity, community, and social connection.
Whether you’re a lifelong dancer or a complete beginner, these workshops are for you!
