Information about sound, lighting, or other sensory effects is added as we receive details about upcoming performances.

Available Services
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available at all of our venues. You can purchase Accessible seating online or by phone through our Box Office at 617-482-6661.
When purchasing tickets, please let us know if the patron will be remain in their wheelchair or transfer to a seat or if you need any additional accommodations. You can include this information in the seating preferences, order notes, or tell the Box Office staff when purchasing over the phone.
Any Accessible seating purchases for the Boch Center Wang Theatre or Sanders Theatre performances must go through the Box Office of each of these venues. If you need help, contact the Vivo Performing Arts Box Office at 617-482-6661 or boxoffice@vivoperformingarts.org.

Sign Language Interpretation
American sign language interpretation is available for free or ticketed performances upon request. Requests must be made at least four weeks prior to the event by contacting Vivo Performing Arts at 617-482-6661 or boxoffice@vivoperformingarts.org. All requests depend on interpreter availability and are provided at the discretion of the management.
David Sedaris on Thursday April 9 at 7:30 (Symphony Hall) is an ASL interpreted event. Buy ASL access seats here.

Assistive listening devices are available upon request for performances at the following venues:

Vivo Performing Arts also provides portable Assistive Listening Devices at all Neighborhood Arts venues as well.

Braille and Large Print Programs are available upon request. Requests must be made at least four weeks before the performance by contacting Vivo Performing Arts at 617-482-2595 or boxoffice@vivoperformingarts.org.
Voice Relay 
We welcome through Mass Relay. Simply dial 711 and an operator will assist you with your call.
Service Animals

Service animals are welcome at our venues. If you plan to attend with a service animal, please leave a note in your order when purchasing tickets online or tell the Box Office staff when purchasing tickets by phone. This helps us seat you in the most appropriate area.

Free Neighborhood Arts Events
Seating at Neighborhood Arts events is first come, first served. All of our venues are able to provide Accessible seating.
