Good to know

Events held before or after a performance require a ticket to that performance.
Events are subject to change and new ones may be added throughout the season.
If you RSVP for an event, you’ll receive an email confirming we received your RSVP submission.

ROXBURY WALKING TOUR & NEIGHBORHOOD ARTS PERFORMANCE

Come along on a tour of Roxbury, a Boston neighborhood filled with history, art, and Vivo Performing Arts performance locations, to gain a deeper understanding of its story. The tour will begin at the Unitarian Universalist Urban Ministry (UUUM) Roxbury at 10 Putnam Street, Roxbury. More information to come!

After the tour, join us for a free 3PM performance inspired by Boston history and culture with the Jason Palmer Quartet performance featuring our Artist-in-Residence Immanuel Wilkins, saxophone at the Roxbury Community College Arts and Media Center.

Join us starting at 5:15PM for wine, beer, and heavy hors d’oeuvres. The meeting begins at 5:45PM; you’ll hear organizational updates from leadership and a surprise performance. A celebration of our outgoing Board of Directors Chair, Joshua Boger PhD, will follow with drinks and dessert when the meeting ends (6:45PM)!

VIRTUAL OFFERING: DECEMBER HOLIDAY VIDEO MESSAGES
Send a family member, friend, or yourself a holiday video message from a surprise Boston-based artist participating in our 2026/27 season Neighborhood Arts performances. Messages can be personalized with the recipient(s)’ name and message, and with or without a specific holiday song.

Videos are delivered to recipients by email in mid-December.
